..honestly, I wouldn't play any of those games that you mentioned. Halo is by far the most overrated video game franchise ever.
The games you listed are all new IPs (other than Ratchet). It takes a while for the fanbase to develop around those games. Uncharted 2 did better than the original when it came to sales and you can expect that Uncharted 3 will do even better. On a side note, GT:P did extremely well.

What a bunch of fanboys. A 13 million expectation for FY 2009 is rather safe actually.
EDIT: Even without a price cut, an FF13 release on Japan alone is more than enough to help attain their sales forecast.
I got mine from the Japanese LBP bundle. Import is always an option.
Japan and NA sales are almost equal.
